摘要
目的探讨原发性直立性低血压的药物治疗疗效方法。方法原发性直立性低血压患者23例临床资料进行分析。结果经治疗临床症状消失血压>100/70 mmHg10例,(1 mmHg=0.133 kpa),多数临床症状减轻或消失血压>90/60 mmHg12例,无效1例。结论治疗措施均仅能减轻症状,尤其是减轻直立性低血压现象,但不能迟缓病理及临床进展。
Objective The medical treatment and its effect of primary orthostatic hypotension to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 23 cases of patients with primary orthostatic hypotension. Results With clinical treatment,the clinical symptoms of 10 cases of patients have disappeared and the patients’ blood tension〉100/70 mmHg;And the clinical symptoms of 12 cases of patients have decreased to a great extent or disappeared and the patients’ blood tension 〉 90/60 mmHg;However,one case is ineffective. Conclusion The medical treatment can only al eviate il ness symptoms,especial y the orthostatic hypotension symptom; however,it is not effective in deferring pathology as wel as the clinical progress.
