短期持续皮下胰岛素输注与磷酸西格列汀联合治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效观察

The Curative Effects of Short-term Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion with Sitagliptin Phosphate Combinedtherapy in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的对短期持续皮下胰岛素输注与磷酸西格列汀联合治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效进行观察和分析。方法选择90例2型糖尿病患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论短期持续皮下胰岛素输注与磷酸西格列汀联合治疗初诊2型糖尿病有显著的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effects of short-term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion with sitagliptin phosphate combinedtherapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes according to therapeutic method were divided into observation group and control group, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy. Results Patients with fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hourblood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly lower than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The short-term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion with sitagliptin phosphate combined therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes has a significant effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
