摘要
目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗过程中，应用开腹手术和腹腔镜手术的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年1月～2013年10月收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组应用腹腔镜手术，对照组应用开腹手术。结果对比两组患者的术后住院时间、术后抗感天数和术中出血量，观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。结论子宫颈内膜异位症患者的治疗过程中，应用腹腔镜手术治疗，具有较好效果，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment process of patients with endometriosis, clinical application of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy operation. Methods In our hospital from 2011 July to 2012 October were 60 cases of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Observation group application of laparoscopic operation,the control group using the abdominal operation. Results The two groups were compared the postoperative hospital stay,postoperative infection and intraoperative bleeding volume days,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,with the treatment process of statistical significance. Conclusion Cervical endometriosis patients, laparoscopic operation treatment,has a good effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
