痔疮的中医保守治疗体会

The Traditional Chinese Medical and Conservative Treatment Experience of Hemorrhoids

目的：探讨痔疮患者中医辩证保守治疗。方法对2013年3月～2014年6月收治的痔疮患者25例中医保守治疗方法资料进行分析。结果临床25例痔疮患者，经治疗治愈22例，有效3例，总有效率88%，总有效率100%。结论痔的治疗方法理应选择不同，不能盲目用其中一种方法，应该强调治疗的个体化。

Objective The dialectical therapy and traditional Chinese medical treatment of patients with hemorrhoids to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the traditional Chinese medical and conservative treatment data selected from 25 cases of patients with hemorrhoids who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to June 2014. Results With clinical treatment,there are 22 cases of patients cured and 3 cases achieving effective results,the effective rate reaches to 100 percent in total. Conclusion It is suggested to adopt different methods rather than only one method to treat hemorrhoids,and the individualization and specialty should be emphasized.
