风湿性心瓣膜病30例中医辩证治疗体会

Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Treatment Realize of 30 Cases of Rheumatic Heart Valvular Disease

目的探讨风湿性心瓣膜病的中医辩证治疗。方法选取临床30例风湿性心瓣膜病患者中医药治疗资料进行分析。结果 30例患者中显效12例,占40%;有效16例,占53.3%;无效2例,占6.6%。结论改善心力衰竭的表现,缓解心绞痛症状,预防栓塞中风的发生,是预防病情进展的有效措施。

Objective Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of rheumatic heart valvular disease is to be investigated. Methods Traditional Chinese medicine treatment data of 30 clinical cases of rheumatic heart valvular disease were selected for analysis. Results Among 30 cases of patients,there are 12 cases with significant effect taking up 40%;there are 16 effective cases taking up 53.3%;There are ineffective 2 cases taking up 6.6%. Conclusion Improving the performance of the heart failure,relieving the angina symptoms and preventing the occurrence of embolic stroke are effective measures to prevent the progression of disease.
