小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中西医结合疗效评价

Cough Variant Asthma Integrative Evaluation

目的探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法将选取的98例研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率比较均有较大差异(P<0.05)。结论给予小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿中西医结合治疗可有效的提高治疗效果,且不良反应少,有较高的应用价值,可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cough Integrative Medicine of variant asthma use. Methods 98 cases selected subjects were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment of patients,cough relief time and eliminate the incidence of adverse reactions were quite different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To give children with cough variant asthma in children Integrative Medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions, a higher value can be widely applied.
