摘要
目的：分析围术期整体护理在全喉切除治疗中的应用效果。方法以2013年1月～2014年6月在本院接受全喉切除的100例患者为研究对象，随机分组，对照组50例，接受常规护理，观察组50例，接受整体护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度96.0%，对照组82.0%，组间比较存在明显统计学差异，P〈0.05。结论加强全喉切除患者治疗期间的整体护理可有效提高护理效果，值得临床重视。
Objective The analysis of application effect in total laryngectomy in the treatment of perioperative holistic nursing. Methods In 2013 January-2014 year in June in our hospital 100 cases underwent total laryngectomy patients as the research object, randomly,50 cases in the control group,received the routine nursing care,observation group of 50 cases, to accept the holistic nursing care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results In the observation group patients satisfaction with care,control group,significant difference exists between the comparison group,P〈0.05. Conclusion To improve the nursing effect conclusion holistic nursing during total laryngectomy patients can be effective,is worthy of attention.
