摘要
目的：对老年哮喘患者采取舒适护理的护理效果进行探讨。方法将2012年5月～2013年5月在我院接收治疗的85例老年哮喘患者随机分为观察组（43例）和对照组（42例），分别实施舒适护理和常规护理。结果观察组患者的生理舒适度、心理舒适度、社会舒适度以及灵魂舒适度等评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对老年哮喘患者实施舒适护理，能够有效提高舒适度，值得临床推广。
Objective To take care of elderly asthma patients to explore the effect of comfort care. Methods In 2012 May ~ 2013 May in were randomly divided into 85 cases of elderly asthma patients in our hospital to receive treatment as observation group （43 cases） and control group （42 cases）,respectively implement comfortable nursing and routine nursing care. Results In the observation of physiological groups of patient comfort,psychological comfort, social comfort and soul comfort scores were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing to senile patients with asthma,and can effectively improve the comfort, is worth the clinical promotion.
