摘要
目的：探讨某院区住院患者的死亡原因及分布特征。方法利用Excel和SPSS17.0对2010～2014年住院死亡病例进行数据统计分析。结果住院病死率为1.12%，男性病死率高于女性，前3位死因为肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病。结论加强主要死因疾病和重点人群的防治工作，提高医院诊疗水平，降低病死率。
Objective To investigate the death causes of hospitalized patients and Distribution characteristics. Methods The medical records of death cases from 2010 to 2014 were under statistical y analyzed using Excelland SPSS17.0. Results The total fatality rate was 1.12%,the fatality rate of male was higher than female,and the top 3 causes of death were tumor,circulatory system disease and respiratory system disease. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and control work of major death causes and key population,improve the level of hospital diagnosis and treatment, reduce the mortality rate.
