摘要
本文主要研究红外热像技术在墙面空鼓检测中的应用,在实验过程中除了人工用空鼓锤敲击检测空鼓率外,还用红外热成像技术对瓷砖空鼓进行检测,并将检测结果与人工敲击检测结果进行对比,红外热图像采集的空鼓温度场分布与敲击检测结果基本吻合,且红外热图形还能一定程度上反映空鼓的相对深度。总的来说,红外热像技术在空鼓检测方面的应用是可行的。
In this paper, the application on detection of the wall hollow using infrared ther mography technique is discussed. During the experiment, using hollowing hammer detecting the experiment wall hollowing rate, while the Infrared Thermography Technique is also used in detecting the experiment wall hollow. Comparing the test results of two methods, the images of hollowing temperature distribution that infrared camera has captured and the percussion test results are basiely consistent. And the images infrared camera captured reflect the relative depth of the hollowing to some extent . Overall, application on detection of wall hollow using the infrared thermography technique is feasible.
