摘要
如何准确的分析基坑对其相邻建筑物基础的影响,将直接关系到相邻建筑物的安全与基础支护成本的高低。通过以珠海某基坑工程为例进行三维ANSYS有限元模拟分析,分别考虑了已有邻近桩桩间距和已有邻近桩存在形式对基坑开挖的位移场影响。得出结论认为已有桩的桩间距对基坑开挖的影响很大,已有桩的桩间距越小,已有桩桩间土拱效应愈明显,土体侧向荷载分担比越大,对基坑开挖的基坑支护也就越有利。在对已有桩为单排桩和多排桩形式的模拟分析结果进行比较时发现,当已有桩基础为多排桩时,基坑支护体系上的受力要比已有桩基础为单排桩时小得多。
