摘要
为保证桥梁结构运营的安全性、可靠性、耐久性、行车舒适性等,实施桥梁施工过程的监测监控,已成为大型桥梁建设不可或缺的重要环节。本文以某钢管混凝土拱桥为工程背景,结合仿真分析和施工监控方法对其拱肋关键截面的应力进行分析。结果表明测点应力实测值与理论值虽有差别,但整体变化趋势基本一致,说明拱肋受力性能和测点的位置分布合理,能够全面反映拱肋的应力变化情况,同时也说明仿真分析结果对大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥的施工具有一定的参考价值。
In order to ensure the security, reliability, durability, driving comfort of the bridge structure during the operation periods, the monitoring of bridge in the construction process has become an indispensable important segment in the large-scale bridge constructions. In this paper, a concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is took as an engineering background, and the critical sectional stress of arch rib is analyzed combining with the simulation analysis and construction monitoring method. Results show that although there are differences between the stress measured values and theoretical values of measuring points, the overall changing trends are the same, which illustrate the mechanical behavior of arch rib and the location distribution of measuring points are reasonable, and also can fully reflect the stress changing of the arch rib, at the same time, which also show that the simulation analysis results have a certain reference value for the construction of large-span concrete fined steel tubular arch bridge.
