摘要
本文运用非参数方法建立数学模型,对2010年中国各地区建筑业生产技术效率进行分析。结果显示中国各地区建筑业从业人数及投资额不平衡,但生产技术效率未出现严重的两极分化,经济不发达的西部地区生产技术效率最低,珠三角、长三角等经济发达地区的生产效率处于中等水平,我国应通过提升从业人员素质、增加技术创新等措施来提高建筑业的生产技术效率。
The paper analyzes technology efficiency of construction industry of each area in China by building mathematic model via nonparametric technique. It shows that although there is imbalance between workers and the investment, technology efficiency does not polarize. The lowest technology efficiency area is Western region with undeveloped economy and the areas with average efficiency are Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River delta. We need to improve production technology efficiency by improving personnel quality and technical innovation and so on.
