院地合作,定向培养农村幼教师资

Collaboration of Universities and Local Governments: Oriented Cultivation of Kindergarten Teachers for Rural Areas

为解决杭州市农村幼教师资培养难题，杭州市教育局与杭州市科技职业技术学院教育学院联手，尝试院地合作，定向培养农村幼教师资。具体做法是：地方政府制定扶持性政策，吸引优质生源；院地合作，构建实践导向的开放型培养体系，建立毕业生专业发展后续支持系统等。这一院地合作定向培养方式有利于向农村输送合格的幼教师资。

To train sufficient kindergarten teachers for the rural areas, Hangzhou Education Bureau works with Hangzhou Polytechnic to cultivate kindergarten teachers oriented for the rural areas. Specific methods include （1） local government make supporting policies to attract good students; （2）construct open and practice oriented training system; （3） set up post graduation professional development supporting system. This collaboration model helps to provide qualified kindergarten teachers for the rural areas.
