纳米比亚桑族幼儿教育的特点、挑战及启示

Characteristics and Challenges of the Preschool Education for the San in Namibia and Its Enlightenment

摘要 桑族是非洲大陆最古老的民族之一。在纳米比亚,桑族的幼儿教育工作者都很重视母语教学和本土教材的开发.以传承桑族的优秀文化传统。纳米比亚桑族的幼儿教育取得了一定的成绩.但在母语教材开发和教师培训等方面还存在诸多不足。纳米比亚桑族幼儿教育的发展经验对我国少数民族幼儿教育发展有一定启示意义,如加大政策扶持力度,提高家长对幼儿教育重要性和科学性的认识,编写体现民族文化传统的幼儿园教学资料等。 The 'San' is one of the oldest ethnic groups in the land of Africa. The San preschool educators value their mother language teaching and the development of indigenous textbooks to inherit its traditional culture. The preschool education of the San in Namibia has clearly achieved some progress. However, there are still some challenges, such as the teacher training, development of the indigenous language materials, and so on. The development of the preschool education of the San in Namibia provides some enlightenment for the preschool education of the ethnic minorities in China such as increasing the favorable policies, improving the parents' understanding of the importance of preschool education, and compiling kindergarten teaching materials which reflect the cultural tradition of the ethnic minorities.
