摘要
目的建立直接测汞法快速检测鸡肉中总汞的方法。方法样品无需任何前处理即可进入直接测汞仪,经优化干燥、分解,选用合适的汞齐化温度和时间快速测定鸡肉中汞含量。结果采用本方法测定,汞浓度与吸光度在0 ng^20 ng和50 ng^400 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均>0.9997。方法检出限为0.032μg/kg,样品加标回收率在99.4%~102.1%之间,相对标准偏差低于3.7%。与原子荧光光谱法比较,二者鸡肉标准物质检测结果差异具有统计学意义,直接测汞法分析结果较好。且本方法样品检测时间为6.2 min,25份鸡肉样品3 h内即可检测完毕。结论本方法简单快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于鸡肉中汞含量的常规检测和食品污染监测,也为突发公共卫生事件的应急检测提供了新的选择。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of total mercury in chicken by direct mercury analyzer (DMA). Methods Samples can enter direct mercury analyzer without any pretreatment, and mercury content in chicken can be determined quickly after optimized drying, decomposition, amalgamation of temperature and time of mercury. Results The method had good linear relationship in the range of 0 ng ~ 20 ng and 50 ng ~ 400 ng with correlation coefficients greater, than 0. 9997. The limit of detection (LOD) of the method was 0. 032 μg/kg, the spiked recoveries of samples were 99.4% - 102.1% , and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3.7%. Compared with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) , two test results of chicken standard material .had significant differences, the method was superior than AFS. And the detection time of sample was only 6.2 min, so 25 pieces of chicken samples were completed within 3 h. Conclusion This method was simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, which was suitable for detecting total mercury in chicken in routine determination and food contamination risk - monitoring, and provided alternative for the emergency detection of public health emergencies as well.
