重症支气管哮喘患者采用甲基强的松龙与硫酸镁联合治疗的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of patients with severe bronchial asthma used methyl prednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate treatment

目的探讨重症支气管哮喘患者经甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗疗效。方法选择2012年5月至2014年6月我院收治的84例重症支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组应用甲基强的松龙治疗,观察组应用甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗。结果经3 d治疗,观察组有效率为92.9%,对照组为78.6%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;在FEC与PEF水平上,观察组分别为(3.8±0.5)L,(3.5±0.6)L/s;对照组分别为(2.9±0.5)L,(2.6±0.3)L/s,两组具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论重症支气管哮喘患者经甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of patients with severe bronchial asthma used methyl prednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate treatment .Methods 84 cases of patients with severe bronchial asthma hospitalized from May 2012 to June 2014, who were randomly divided into Observation group and Control group, 42 cases of each group .The control group was applied methyl prednisolone treatment , observation group was applied methyl prednisolone combined magnesium sulfate treatment .Results Through 3 d treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 92.9% , control group was 78.6%, the difference had （P〈0.05）; on the FEC and PEF level, those of observation group were respectively （3.8 ±0.5）L, （3.5 ±0.6）L/s;those of control group were respectively （2.9 ±0.5）L,（2.6 ±0.3）L/s,there were statistical significances of two groups P〈0.05.Conclusions Patients with severe bronchial asthma are treated by methyl prednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate treatment , the effects are definite , it is worth promoting and using in clinic .
