血液净化治疗鱼胆中毒引起急性肾功能衰竭的疗效和护理

Efficacy and care of blood purification treatment for acute renal failure caused by fish 's bile

目的探讨血液净化治疗鱼胆中毒引起的急性肾功能衰竭的疗效及护理措施。方法回顾性观察血液净化治疗51例鱼胆中毒引起急性肾功能衰竭的疗效及护理措施,比较血液净化组与非血液净化组的平均住院日、肾功能恢复时间、病情转归。结果血液净化组的平均住院日及肾功能恢复时间短于非血液净化组,治愈率高于后者,两组的差异具有统计学意义。结论血液净化治疗能有效地提高鱼胆中毒引起急性肾功能衰竭的治愈率,缩短住院日。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and care of blood purification for acute renal failure caused by fish＇s bile.Methods To observe the average hospitalization day and the time that kidney function began recovering in blood purification group and non-blood purification group . Results The average hospitalization day and the time that kidney function began recovering in blood purification group are remarkable lower than non-blood purification group （P〈0.01）,The cure rate of the former is also higher than that of the latter.Conclusions Blood purification can shorten hospitalization day of acute renal failure provoked by fish ＆#39;s bile and raise cure rate of it .
