重启高等教育改革的理论思考

Theoretical Reflection on Restarting the Higher Education Reform

我们的时代是一个改革的时代。经过30多年的努力,当前我国高等教育改革已处在转型的十字路口。一方面,由于教育理论受政治化和意识形态的制约,高等教育改革的体制困境无法突破,大学缺乏自主权;另一方面,由于改革理论受行政化和官本位的影响,高等教育改革完全由政府主导,在行政权力支配下,大学面向政府部门办学。基于此,有必要重启我国高等教育改革,以自由的思想市场为基础,重新审视改革过程中教育理论与改革理论的匹配度,对高等教育改革本身进行改革。

Our era is the age of reform.After efforts in over three decades,China higher education reform has come to the crossroads of transformation.On one hand,as a result of the restriction of politicalization and ideology on educational theory,universities have no autonomy and therefore higher education reform has been in a dilemma that it could hardly break through.On the other hand,the reform theory has been affected by administrative tendency and official standard,so that the higher education reform is totally led by government and dominated by administrative power,and universities are run for government.In view of current situation,it is rather necessary to restart the higher education reform on the basis of market for free ideas,and then inspect whether the educational theory matches the reform theory,therefore having a thorough reform of higher education itself.
