On the Ecological Development of Higher Vocational Education

高职教育的生态发展要立足生态位、生态链和生态化三个视角。生态位视角下,高职教育应通过错位拓展、适度拓展和虚拟拓展,强化特色发展,促进持续发展,拓宽生态空间。生态链视角下,高职教育应加强结构性优化、竞争性合作和内涵式发展,促进生态链的完整性,增强生态链的开放性,实现生态链的持续性。生态化视角下,高职教育人才培养应加强人文教育、课程交融,尊重和发展学生个性,培养学生的发展型素质、复合型能力和创新型潜质,促进学生可持续发展。

The ecological development of higher vocational education should be based on ecological niche,ecological chain and ecologicalization.From the perspective of ecological niche,higher vocational education should strengthen the characteristic development,promote the sustainable development,and broaden the ecological space by the dislocation expansion,moderate development and virtual operations.From the perspective of ecological chain,higher vocational education should strengthen structural optimization,competitive cooperation and connotative development,to promote the ecological integrity,enhance the openness of ecological chain and realize the sustainability of ecology.From the perspective of ecologicalization,higher vocational education should strengthen the humanities education,curriculum integration,respect and develop the student individuality,cultivate the students＇ developmental quality,multiple ability and innovative potential,and ultimately promote the sustainable development of the students.
