摘要
根据热连轧机生产过程,采用压电振动传感器检测轧机辊系的垂直振动,通过对信号进行非线性信号处理——EMD分解,得到信号的时频谱和边际谱.结果表明:在采样点数为9000-24000之间还存在着频率为25-35Hz之间的振动,在14Hz附近存着较明显的振动现象.
In the process of producing hot strip mill,the vertical vibration dates were tested by YD vibration sensor.Through the method of EMD,dates are analyzed to achieve the spectrum and marginal spectrum of signals.The results show that,the vibration with frequency between 2 5-3 5 Hz still exists between the 9000-24000 sampling points,and the more obvious vibration exsits near 14 Hz.
