With the continuous urbanization process,the various styles of architecture are more and more the importance of building security has become increasingly prominent,is directly related to people＆#39;s life and property safety.Among them,the structural safety concern civil construction, structural safety structure mainly refers to the ability to resist destruction,is a vital part of struc-tural engineering,which depends on the structural design,construction,maintenance,repair and so on.This paper briefly describes the security requirements of civil structural engineering,design specifications,methods and reliability and so on.
