MPS聚合物改性水泥公路混凝土的若干耐久性能的研究

摘要 针对普通路面混凝土易受冻融破坏,及化学腐蚀破坏和返修率高的缺点,拟研究用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)及适量酚醛树脂粉末双掺混入普通水泥路面混凝土中,利用聚合物改性的原理,改善混凝土相的结构特性,延长混凝土设计使用年限,降低维护费用.试验分析显示,当 P=7.5%~10%之间时,能较好较经济地改善公路混凝土的结构特性. according to the normal pavement concrete susceptible to freezing and thawing damage,and chemical corrosion failure and repair rate high shortcoming,proposed research with methyl meth-acrylate(MMA)and the amount of phenolic resin powder mixed with ordinary cement concrete pavement in double doped and modified by using the principle of polymers,structural characteris-tics of improvement of concrete,concrete design using extended life,reduce maintenance cost.The experimental analysis shows that,when P=7.5%~10%,the structural characteristics can be bet-ter than economic improvement of highway concrete.
