高温液体烫伤患者创面分泌物病原菌的分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析我院高温液体烫伤患者创面分泌物病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:对烫伤患者送检的创面分泌物进行培养,分离病原菌,使用美国德灵公司的Micro-Scan Auto SCAN4微生物分析仪鉴定菌种,并对其药敏结果进行统计分析。结果:共分离出病原菌370株,G+菌〉 G-菌,位居前2位的分别为表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌。药敏显示,表皮葡萄球菌的耐药率明显高于金黄色葡萄球菌,仅对庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星和利福平耐药率较低;铜绿假单胞菌对丁胺卡那霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、美罗培南的耐药率相对较低;大肠埃希氏菌仅对含酶抑制剂复合物及头孢西丁的耐药率较低。结论:高温液体烫伤患者情况特殊,伤势严重,应加强对其创面分泌物病原菌的监测及耐药性分析,及时控制感染,挽救患者生命。 Objective:Analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogenic microbes in patients with high-temperature liquid burning wound in our hospital to provide evidence to clinicians to choose antibiotic reasonably.Methods:culturing the strains of patients’ discharge;Isolating the microbes in it; Using the Micro-Scan Auto SCAN 4 to identify the microbes and drug sensitive tests; Analyzing the results.Results:During the isolated 370 strains, the Gram-positive ones are more than the Gram-negative ones. Staphylococcus epidermidis, S.aureus, P.aeruginosa and E.coli rate in the top 4. The drug sensitivity tests shows that the S. epidemidis has higher resistance to antimicrobial than the S.auerus, and it is only sensitive to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and rifampicin. The P.aerugunosa is sensitive to ciprofloxacin, lecofloxacin and meropenem. The E.coli is sensitive to complex enzyme inhibitors.Conclusions:Patients with high-temperature liquid burning wound is special and serious. We should strengthen the monitoring and drug resistance analysis of the microbes in the wound and control infection in time to save lives as soon as possible.
