MCM评估LDH活性浓度不确定度

摘要 不确定度是基于已知的信息表征赋予被测量量值分散性的非负参数[1]。所有校准或检测实验室都必须建立且应用不确定度评定程序以确保分析结果的质量[2]。乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate Dehydrogenase, LDH)活性浓度具有方法依赖性,其活性浓度的大小依赖于实验条件,包括pH、缓冲液性质、温度、激活剂、抑制剂、底物特性及浓度等[3]。因此,在LDH活性浓度不确定度评估中,除基本测量模型中的影响因素外,还应考虑实验条件的影响。
