教师的道德情操和思想素质水平，关系到教育的成败、民族的未来。加强教师师德师风建设，提升教师的职业道德素养，对于全面提高教育质量、办人民满意的教育，具有重要意义。本文通过分析高校师德师风建设的重要意义，结合当前社会上突显的师德师风问题，提出高校师德师风建设的方法和建议。

Tdachers＇ moral sentiment and the level of thought quality, relates to the success or failure of education and the future of the nation. Strengthening teachers＇ ethics and improve teachers＇ professional ethics quality, to comprehensively improve the quality of education, do the people＇s satisfactory education, is of great significance. This article analysis the significance of university teachers＇ ethics construction, combined with the current social highlight problems of teachers＇ ethics construction, and put forwards the methods and suggestions about teachers＇ ethics construction.
