摘要
在建立汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)数学模型的基础上,设计了汽车EPS阻力加载试验台,并在该试验台上进行了EPS的转向轻便性试验和转向盘转向回正试验,验证了试验台设计的合理性。试验表明,该试验台可加载不同大小、不同波形的阻力,在模拟汽车全工况的同时可降低EPS研发初期的试验成本、提高开发效率,能够达到实车试验的效果。
An automotive EPS resistance loading test-bench is designed and EPS ease of steering test and steering wheel reversal test are carried out on the test-bench after an EPS mathematical model is built, the rationality of this test bench design is verified. Test results show that the test-bench can be loaded with resistance of different sizes and different waveforms, it can reduce test cost of EPS in the early stage of development, improve development efficiency and achieve the effect of vehicle test.
