不孕症患者希望水平与应对方式的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between hope level and coping style in infertile patients

目的：探讨不孕症患者希望水平与应对方式的现状,分析希望水平与应对方式的相关性,进而改善患者的心理状态并提高其生活质量。方法：选择2014年4~5月在唐山市妇幼保健院就诊的不孕症患者200例,应用中文版Herth希望量表和肖计划修订的应对方式量表进行问卷调查。结果：不孕症患者总体希望水平得分为（36.35±5.45）分,其中52%处于高等水平、42.5%处于中等水平、5.5%处于低等水平。应对方式的解决问题因子平均分最高,接近0.8;自责因子的平均分最低,低于0.4;求助因子、幻想因子和退避因子的平均分较接近,均在0.5左右。应对方式中的解决问题因子、求助因子与总体希望水平呈正相关（P〈0.05）;幻想因子、合理化因子与总体希望水平呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论：不孕症患者的总体希望水平较高,患者的希望水平与应对方式有密切关系,较多采取解决问题、求助等应对方式的患者其希望水平较高,较多采取幻想、合理化等消极应对方式的患者希望水平较低。

Objective： To explore the current situations of hope level and coping style in infertile patients, analyze the correlation between hope level and coping style, further improve psychological status and quality of life of the patients. Methods： A total of 200 infertile patients were selected from Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April to May in 2014, Herth Hope Index Scale （ Chinese version） and Coping Style Questionnaire revised by XIAO Ji - Hua were used to survey the patients. Results： The total score of hope level in infertile patients was （36. 35 ± 5.45）, 52% of them was at the high level, 42. 5 % of them was at the middle level, and 5.5% of them was at the low level. The average score of solving problem factor was the highest among coping styles, which was close to 0. 8 ; the average score of self- accusation factor was the lowest, which was less than 0. 4; the average scores of help factor, fantasy factor and retreat factor were close to each other, which were about 0. 5. Solving problem factor and recourse factor were positively correlated with the total score of hope level （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; fantasy factor and rationalization factor were negatively correlated with the total score of hope level （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The total hope level of infertile patients is relatively high, which is closely correlated with coping style, the hope levels of patients often taking coping styles of solving problem and recourse are high ; the hope levels of patients often taking coping styles of fantasy and rationaliza- tion are low.
