发展性阅读障碍候选基因KIAA0319的研究进展

摘要 阅读障碍是一种比较常见的学习障碍,在表音文字国家其患病率约为5%~12%〔1〕,占所有学习困难的4/5。临床上依据其认知特性可以分为获得性阅读障碍和发展性阅读障碍。发展性阅读障碍是一种多基因遗传性疾病,由遗传因素与环境因素共同作用,且遗传成分大于环境成分,双生子的研究显示其遗传度为44%~76%〔2〕。
