摘要
以陶砂、玻化微珠及二者的复合物作为保温骨料,进行了保温砂浆的干密度、抗压强度、骨料堆积密度以及导热系数等性能试验研究。结果表明,玻化微珠具有更优异的保温性能,而陶砂则具有更优异的力学性能,通过对二者进行不同比例的复合,可以制备出不同干密度、抗压强度及导热系数的保温砂浆,由此相应地建立起了骨料复合比例分别与干密度、抗压强度、堆积密度及导热系数的关系曲线。为不同地域根据建筑节能要求,选择相应的保温砂浆提供了一定的参考依据。
Using pottery, glazed hollow bead and compound between them as the insulation aggregate,the dry density, compressive strength,thermal conductivity and aggregate bulk density of the insulation thermal mortar are studied. The results show that insulation thermal performance is more excellent with glazed hollow bead and pottery has more excellent mechanical properties. Thermal insulation mortar of different dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity can be prepared by compounding in different proportions for the two aggregates. Thus set up relationship curves between the aggregate composite ratio and dry density,compressive strength,bulk density, thermal conductivity respectively. Therefore,according to the different requirements of building energy efficiency,this study provides some reference basis for the selection of insulation thermal mortar corresponding to different regions.
