摘要 以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,共聚制得聚羧酸减水剂(SPs)。通过分别引入苯乙烯(SM)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和对苯乙烯磷酸(VPPA)来调整功能性官能团的种类和用量,研究其对水泥净浆流动度、Zeta电位和吸附量的影响。研究发现,在减水剂中引入适量磷酸基可有效增大水泥净浆流动度,磺酸基次之,而苯乙烯会降低水泥浆体流动度;通过Zeta电位及吸附量测试得出,含有磷酸基的减水剂吸附在水泥颗粒表面的数量最多,且静电斥力最大,磺酸基次之,苯乙烯最少。 The polycarboxylate superplasticizer(SP) was copolymerized by methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether(TPEG) and acrylic acid (AA) with ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator. The influence of different functional groups on fluidity, Zeta potential and adsorbed amount of cement paste were studied by bringing into styrene (SM), sodium p-styrenesulfonate (SSS) and (4-Vinyl-phenyl)-phospho nic acid(VPPA) to change the type and dosage of functional groups. The results show that:the proper dosing of phosphate group into SP could increase the fluidity of cement paste effectively, sulfonic group next,the SM could decrease the fluidity of cement paste. The amount of adsorption on the surface of the cement particles is the most adding the superplasticizer contained phosphate group and it has the biggest glectrostatic repulsion that were tested by Zeta potential and adsorbed amount,the sulfonic group next,the SM is the smallest.
