高职课余实践创新学习共同体构建研究

Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Afterschool Learning Community for Practice and Innovation

高职学生课余时间浪费现象严重,实践创新能力培养需求紧迫。文章阐述了学习共同体和实践创新的研究背景,本着充实学生课余活动、培养学生实践创新能力的原则,提出了高职课余实践创新学习共同体的构建理念与思路,并研究其构建程序和方法,最后分析学习共同体实施的具体保障措施。

Higher vocational students＇ after-school time is seri-ously wasted, and it is imperative to cultivate their ability of prac-tice and innovation. This paper elaborated the research back-ground of learning community and practice and innovation, and based on the principles of enriching students＇ after-school activi-ties and cultivating students＇ ability of practice and innovation, proposed the formulation and idea of constructing higher voca-tional after-school learning community for practice and innova-tion, studied the procedure and methods of its construction, and finally analyzed the specific measures of ensuring the implemen-tation of learning community.
