分化型甲状腺癌患者体重指数与血清脂联素、血管内皮生长因子水平的相关性研究

Relationship between body mass index and serum adiponectin,vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌患者体重指数与血清脂联素、血管内皮生长因子水平的相关性。方法选择分化型甲状腺癌患者167例,根据体重指数分为体重正常组(n=64)、超重组(n=47)和肥胖组(n=56),同时设置健康对照组(n=40)。观察各组的肿瘤大小、分期,血清脂联素、血管内皮生长因子水平。结果正常组的肿瘤大小以<1cm为主,而肥胖组则以≥1 cm居多(P<0.05);正常组肿瘤分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期比例居多,肥胖组以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期为主(P<0.05);3组患者血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组,且随着患者体重指数的增加而逐渐降低(P<0.05);三组患者血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组,且患者体重指数的增加而逐渐增加(P<0.05)。结论脂联素、VGEF在甲状腺癌发生、进展过程中有着密切相关性;同时两者与患者体重指数密切相关,这可能为甲状腺癌的防治提供新的途径。

Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index and serum adiponectin,vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma,which can provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods One hundred and sixty- seven cases of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma,according to body mass index. All these patients were divided into normal weight group（ n = 64）,overweight group（ n = 47） and obese group（ n = 56）,and healthy control group（ n = 40）. The serum adiponectin,vascular endothelial growth factor level in each group were observed. Results The tumor size of normal weight group were dominated by 1 cm,that of obese group were dominated by ≥1 cm（ P〈0. 05）. The percentage of I and II phase tumor stage of normal group was major,but the percentage of III,IV stage of obesity group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum adiponectin levels in 3 groups was significantly lower than the control group,and with the increase of body mass index of patients decreased（ P〈0. 05）. The serum VEGF level in three groups were obviously higher than that of control group. The patients body mass index increased with its increasing（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is a close relationship between adiponectin,VGEF and thyroid carcinogenesis,progression,they are closely related to body mass index. This conclusion may provide a new way for control of thyroid cancer.
