DHS、PFNA及人工髋关节置换不同植入物治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效 被引量:19

摘要 目的对比分析动力髋骨钉(DHS)、股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)及人工髋关节置换不同植入物治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选择股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者120例患者进行手术治疗,随机分为DHS组45例,PFNA组40例和人工髋关节组35例。对三组患者在手术过程中的出血量,手术进行的时间、住院时间以及手术期出现的并发症和治疗优良率等指标进行观察。结果 PFNA组的手术时间、手术中出血量、住院时间以及治疗优良率均明显优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,PFNA组手术期出现的并发症也明显少于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果明显优于DHS和人工髋关节置换治疗,具有术中出血量少、手术时间、手术治愈率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。
