摘要 微小RNA(MicroRNAs,miRNAs)是一种内源性非编码RNA,主要参与基因转录后水平的调控。虽然miRNA的生物学功能刚刚被人们熟知,它在疾病的发病和进展中所显现的治疗潜力已引起人们极大的兴趣。越来越多的证据表明,以miRNA为基础的基因治疗,不管是增强或抑制miRNA的表达和活性,都有很大的应用前景。但是靶向特定器官和组织特异性差的缺点,使得其应用于临床还存在限制。
