高校图书馆延伸服务研究——以国外医学院校图书馆为例

University Library Extension Services Research:A Case Study of Foreign Medical University Libraries

文章为了系统分析延伸服务的内容创新和成功经验,以国外医学高校图书馆为例,从服务范围、服务内容、服务保障、服务空间和服务理念五个方面对国外高校图书馆开展延伸服务全面剖析。然后,结合我国高校图书馆的本土特色,从服务广度延伸、服务深度延伸和服务精度延伸三个方面提出适合我国高校图书馆延伸服务的发展策略。

In order to systematically analyze the innovated content and successful experience of extending service in university library, the authors made a survey and case study of the foreign medical university libraries, from the aspects of service range, service content, service guarantee ,service room and service concept. And then, the authors propose some development strategies for extension services in Chinese university library according to the localization features, with the aspects of the width of extending service, the depth of extending service, and the fineness of extending service.
