摘要
文中以覆膜机核心装置——片材与薄膜结合装置为研究对象,根据薄膜与片材的输送要求对辊筒支撑零件、斜楔距离调整组件、张紧轮装置等结构进行设计,采用剖分式轴承、自锁圆螺母与止推垫圈解决辊筒径向和轴向定位问题,并能做到拆装方便。从而实现结合装置结构紧凑,布局合理,工作稳定可靠。
The core device for combining sheet with thin film in film laminating is taken as study object. According to the requirement of transfer film and sheet, the supporting parts,oblique wedge distance adjusting component,the tensioner device structure,are designed. The split bearing,the locking round nut and thrust washer is used to realize the roller radial and axial location,and easy disassembly. So the combination device has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout,stable and reliable working.
