摘要 钛合金抗力大、塑性低,锻造温度范围窄,如工艺不当,锻件会产生各类缺陷。某航空发动机拉杆的原材料采用TC4特钛合金,是一种典型的长轴类锻件,锻件验收技术条件较高,为保证锻件质量,开展了自由锻和模锻的工艺试验。针对模锻后出现的局部未充满缺陷,制定了减少坯料转移时间、改进模具预热方式等措施,通过试制验证了措施的有效性,获得了满足设计图样规定的锻件,确定了锻造工艺参数。 Titanium alloy has the performances such as high forcing resistance, low ductility and small range of forging temperature. Unsuitable processing technique may cause forging defects. The pull rod of an aero-engine which uses TC4 titanium alloy is a kind of typical forging of long bearing and needs more serious acceptance technology. In order to ensure the forging quality,some free forging and die forging technique tests has been carried out. According to the local unfilled defects after die forging,transforming time of the stock is reduced and the pre-heat treatment method of die is modified. The effectiveness of the methods is validated through tests,the forging product which satisfies drawing is got,the forging technique parameters are confirmed.
