摘要 焊接过程中,由于受热不均匀,焊接件必然存在焊接残余应力。消除焊接残余应力的诸多方法中,激光冲击和超声波冲击是研究者最关注的。从原理、特点、提高性能方面以及发展前景比较了两种冲击方法,激光冲击的效果明显优于超声波冲击,因此应加快国内激光冲击设备的研制进程。 In the process of welding, welding residual stress will inevitably exist in welding parts due to uneven heat. In the many ways of removing residual stress, researchers are most concerned about laser shock processing and ultrasonic impact treatment. The effect of laser shock processing is obviously better than that of ultrasonic impact treatment after the comparison between the two ways from the four aspects,namely the principle, the characteristics, the improvement in performance and the prospect. But our country is slow to research and develop the LSP equipment, so the researchers should attach great importance to it and ensure the rational use of project funds provided by the government.
