New Processing Method of Fabricating the Elephant Nose Beam in the Four Connecting Rod Door Machine

摘要 象鼻梁是四连杆门座机变幅机构的重要组成部分。传统制作方法是整体制作后,整体刮面、镗孔,机加工工作量较大,生产周期长。通过滑轮侧板等小组加工、孔留余量、结构保证开档尺寸、焊后镗孔等工艺方法改进后,加工周期缩短、工作量大大减少,机加工成本仅为原制作方法的30%。 The elephant nose beam is the important part of the luffing mechanism of the four connecting rod gate type crane. The traditional way is machining all of the holes and the surface after welding. But it costs a great deal time as there are too much machining work. So this paper studies a new processing method which is about making the pulley part or the other part as a group,control the dimension, and then machining them after welding. To use the new technics way,it reduces a lot of time and work and the cost for machining is only thirty percent of the original way.
