摘要
运用三坐标测量机及配套软件In Spec,对阀体零件进行测量,得到零件的完整测量数据,并通过In Spec测量软件导出数据为CAD图纸,得到测量图。对测量结果进行初步数据分析,检测零件是否合格。
Three coordinate measuring machines and supporting software In Spec are used to measure the typical mechanical parts. The complete measurement data of parts is exported as CAD drawings using the In Spec software,then the survey map is obtained. Data analysis of the measurement results is carried out to test whether the data is consistent with the standard parts.
