Analysis and Research of NC Machining Methods Based on STEP-NC

传统G、M代码加工存在产品加工信息不完整、传输过程单向、修改困难等问题,通过采用STEP-NC标准可以有效解决上述问题,从而实现良好的互操作性和可移植性。文中主要介绍STEP-NC技术研究的主要内容,基于STEPNC标准分析的数据模型,建立基于STEP-NC标准的CAPP系统的总体结构,为开放式数控系统打下了坚实的基础。

Traditional G and M code processing has the disadvantage of products processing incomplete information,oneway transmission process,modification difficulties,which can be effectively solved based on STEP-NC standard to realize good interoperability and portability. This paper mainly introduces the main content of the STEP-NC technology research,data model based on the analysis of STEP-NC standard,the general structure of the CAPP system based on STEP-NC standard,which laid a solid foundation for the openness of CNC system.
