摘要
插补控制器是数控技术的重要组成部分,插补控制器是通过编译生成的数据块,起到产生各轴运动数据发生器的作用;它能决定CNC的加工精度。为设计一套价格低廉、可靠性高的、基于8位MCU的2轴经济型插补控制器,文中对其插补计算和参数确定的方法和步骤进行了研究。
The interpolator plays the role of generator of axis movement data generated by the interperpreter and is one of the key components of CNC,reflecting its accuracy. In order to design a low cost,high reliability, based on 8-bit MCU low cost 2-axis interpolation controller,methods and procedures of interpolation calculation and parameters determine ation are researched.
