摘要 通过对复合材料各种成型方法进行比较,选择RTM工艺来制造碳纤维引擎盖。文中采用工艺仿真软件RTM-W orx,分析了预成型体的渗透率以及树脂注射的压力和温度对充模时间的影响。经分析得出,在其他因素一定的前提下,渗透率与注射压力分别与充模时间成反比,注射温度与充模时间成线性递减的关系。 Through molding methods comparison of composites,RTM process is selected to manufacture carbon fiber hood.By using the process simulation software RTM-Worx,the effects of permeability and the resin injection pressure and the temperature on the preform mold filling time are analyzed. Under certain preconditions of other factors,the paper concluded that permeability and injection pressure are inversely proportional to the filling time,filling time injection temperature and decreasing linear relationship.
