摘要
人字齿轮齿条传动机构是齿轮传动系统中很重要的一种,其自身的良好结构决定了其具有传动准确、运动平稳、传递效率高的特点。在Pro/E软件中建立了人字齿轮与人字齿条的实体模型,装配该机构并进行运动仿真,观察了其运动性能;运用ANSYS Workbench软件将导入后的人字齿轮齿条传动机构进行动力学分析中的模态分析,分别进行了零约束条件下和约束条件下的模态分析,研究了该传动机构的振动特性。
Herringbone rack and pinion transmission mechanism is very important in gear transmission system,whose good structure makes it transmit accurately,move stably,transfer efficiently. The solid model of herringbone rack and pinion is established using Pro/E software,the mechanism is assembled and simulated,its movement characteristics is analyzed. The model is imported into ANSYS Workbench, the modal analysis of the dynamics analysis under none-stress and pre-stress conditions are carried out to obtain its vibration property.
