摘要
重型卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机的转子头是离心机转鼓支撑和驱动的关键部件,受力情况较为复杂。受加工方法和能力的限制,整体转子头在各种应力的联合作用下,易在轮盘根部发生断裂,使其失去承载能力。通过ANSYS应力分析设计,找出其薄弱环节,优化了转子头结构;根据转子头的应力分布特征,合理确定转子头的拆分部位;采用分体组焊技术实现了大型转子头的制造,同时解决了转子头断裂问题,保证了制造质量。
The rotor′s bowl head is the key part to support and drive the heavy horizontal decanter centrifuge. The force on the bowl head is complex. Due to processing methods and capacity and in the combination of various loads,the integral bowl head is easy to produce cracks in the disk root,which makes the bowl head to lost its bearing capacity. Through the ANSYS stress analysis design,the weak places will be found out so as to optimize the structure of the bowl head. According to the stress distribution of the bowl head,the split place of the bowl head can be determined reasonably. The assembly welding technology realizes the manufacture of large rotor′s bowl head,and solves its breaking problems,so as to ensure the manufacturing quality.
