摘要
应用外点罚函数法对门式起重机箱型主梁进行优化设计,按照重量最轻的原则建立了起重机箱型主梁的优化数学模型,并采用MATLAB编程求解最优解,结果使起重机箱型主梁的自重减轻了19.8%。
The exterior point penalty function method is used to optimize the main box beam in crane. Based on the principle of the lightest in weight, the optimization mathematical model of the main box beam is established and the optimal solution is obtained using MATLAB. The result shows that the optimized main box beam for nearly 19.8% less weight than the original structure.
