直驱式工业缝纫机用新型弹性联轴器设计

摘要 为消除直驱式工业缝纫机弹性联轴器稳定性差和使用寿命短的缺陷,提出一种基于一体化设计和金属橡胶复合技术的新型结构。将传统联轴器与轴承合二为一,实现结构一体化,减少轴系间同轴度误差。通过ANSYS分析得出采用金属橡胶复合结构的联轴器在力学性能方面得到优化。极限工况试验中联轴器结构未发生显著破坏,工业缝纫机振动位移和缝纫噪声两项指标稳定。新型联轴器在稳定性、使用寿命和实用性方面具有优势,满足工业缝纫机高负荷运转的要求,已获得多家缝纫机制造企业的认可并取得了良好的经济效益。 In order to eliminate the defects of poor stability and short service life in elastic coupling for direct-drive industrial sewing machine, a new structure which based on the technology of integrated design and metal-rubber compound was proposed. Integrating the traditional coupling with bearing in the structure can reduce inter-shaft concentricity error.The ANSYS results show that, the metal-rubber compound structure coupling has advantage in the mechanical properties.There are not significant damage to the coupling, and the industrial sewing machine indicators of vibration displacement and sewing noise are stability in the extreme condition test. New coupling has advantages in stability, lifetime and practicability, and meets the high-load operation requirement of industrial sewing machine, has been recognized by a number of sewing machine manufacturing companies and generate economic benefits.
