摘要
以Pro/E为平台,建立了取料机行走台车拉杆结构的三维实体模型,基于ANSYS对其进行有限元计算,得出该结构的应力分布云图与总变形分布云图,并据此对拉杆做出安全系数分析和安全界限分析。
Taking Pro/E as the platform,the paper establishes three-dimensional solid model of the pull rod in the reclaimer’s walking-car. Finite element analysis based on ANSYS is used to get the stress distribution cloud and the total deformation distribution nephogram. Safety analysis and safety limit analysis of the pull rod are carried out.
