摘要
以城郊煤矿二水平南翼轨道大巷为对象,从钻、爆、支、排等影响快速掘进的因素着手,研究并应用了"液压钻车钻眼+空气柱光面爆破+单轨液压临时支护+挖掘装载机+胶带运输机+矿车"连续排矸的机械化作业线。该机械化作业线提高了岩巷掘进速度,降低了劳动强度,改善了掘进工作面作业环境。
Taking south rail roadway of two level in Chengjiao Coal Mine as the object, from the influencing factors of drilling, blas- ting, supporting and so on, the article studied and applied the mechanized operating line with hydraulic drill carriage drilling + air column smooth blasting + monorail hydraulic temporary support + " backhole loader + belt conveyor + mine car" continuous wast stone exhaust system. By applying the mechanized operating line, it increased the speed of rock excavation, reduced the labor intensi- ty, and improved the working environment of heading face.
